You'll be part of our marine transportation team. Applicants must be self-motivated, hardworking, have a positive attitude, and possess the ability to interact well with passengers and coworkers. We are currently seeking full-time and part-time employees to fill the following positions:
CAPTAINS & MATES: These positions encompass a wide range of responsibilities operating beyond boat-handling and seamanship including: overseeing the crew, maintenance of vessel machinery and systems, vessel cleaning, and administration of company safety, environmental, security, and personnel policies. Requirements; 100 Gross Ton License, TWIC, First Aid/CPR/AED and Enrollment in our Random Drug Testing Program. Radar Unlimited Certificate with ARPA is a plus as well as experience operating water jet powered and propeller driven aluminum catamarans.
DECKHANDS & DECK-BARTENDERS: Responsible for passenger comfort and safety, line-handling, lots of cleaning, the loading of passenger luggage, emergency response training as well as some light mechanical maintenance. Requirements; A great positive attitude and an outgoing personality. Must be 18 year sold or older, boating/sailing experience is a plus. First Aid/CPR/AED certification and participation in our Random Drug Testing Program are required.
TICKET SALES AGENTS: Ticket Sales Agents are our front-line customer service personnel and our sales force. We look to hire team players that like to work hard, have fun at work and treat customers to an extremely high level of service. With a short operating season and a lot of information to take in, candidates must be quick learners and self-starters. Duties include call center staffing, customer check-in, travel agent-type trip planning, customer service/problem solving and a variety of office/support tasks. Requirements; Applicants must be self-motivated, high energy, have an extremely positive attitude and great communication skills. We encourage local area high school and college applicants that are looking for long-term seasonal employment for 2+ years.
PARKING LOT ATTENDANTS: Parking Lot Attendants are an integral part of our operation and the first an last person our customers interact with when arriving and leaving our facility. We look to hire team players that like to work hard, have fun at work and treat customers to an extremely high level of service. Duties include: computation and collection of parking fees, parking lot an facility grounds maintenance, customer service and a variety of office/support tasks. Requirements; Applicants must be self-motivated, high energy, have an extremely positive attitude and great communication skills. We encourage local area high school and college applicants that are looking for long-term seasonal employment for 2+ years.
